Luke brings a collaborative approach to project facilitation, having worked with a wide spectrum of clients and other land development disciplines.

Luke’s involvement across the public and private sectors provides a balanced understanding of the ever-evolving planning landscape. He has experience working across a variety of property sectors on the conceptual phase of projects, through to VCAT advocacy work.

With qualifications in planning and business property, Luke takes an interest in aligning planning outcomes with project feasibility.
