Mark is a highly networked, senior lawyer with extensive experience in the practice of planning and environmental law. He is the Managing Director and Founder of PPP.

As one of a small number of Law Institute of Victoria accredited specialists in environmental, planning and local government law, he is in constant demand to advise a wide range of organisations and individuals.

Mark appears regularly as an advocate before VCAT, Advisory Committees, Planning Panels and EES inquiries.

Mark was previously the lead partner of the planning and environment group of international law firm, Minter Ellison and prior to that the lead partner in this field at what is now Maddocks Lawyers.

Mark is not a ‘typical’ lawyer – informal and relaxed, he has multiple interests including being an avid cyclist with a deep affection for Victoria and particularly Melbourne.
