Tom works across all aspects of development approvals, handling a broad spectrum of complex matters. He has a proven record of delivering high-quality outcomes with a collaborative approach.

Tom’s experience encompasses appeals at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Building Appeals Board, as well as Planning Scheme Amendments referred to Planning Panels Victoria. Tom also deals with restrictive covenant matters and judicial appeal matters before the Supreme Court of Victoria.

In 2024, Tom was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Victorian Planning & Environment Rising Star.

Away from the office, Tom is an avid cyclist and surf lifesaver who enjoys being constantly on the move.
